-14 Harmon Montgomery Limited Litho  Description:
This quietly powerful lithograph is
from a Harmon Montgomery painting. Montgomery often did watercolors and
then had prints made. This lithograph is an artist signed limited
edition and a wonderful work. The use of space borrows from
Japanese Zen painting and emphasizes the power of the face, aptly
titled Survivor. Montgomery is gaining some note as a regional
artist in Southern Indiana, although his favorite subject was found
farther south, New Orleans Jazz musicians. There's no date on the
work, but it was probably done in the 1980s, maybe early 90s (more
guess than knowledge).
Dimensions: Frame is 25 x 30 inches while the visible image is 14 3/4 X 20 inches.  Condition:
excellent with no damage and no repairs. Of course, all our sales
