Item: PP-11 This French vase was made by Keller and Guerin in Luneville around the turn of the century. The white enamel and gold decoration includes lily pad designs around most of the vase and an intricately done gold band with white flowers. The cobalt coloring is wonderful. Height is about 7". Condition is very good with no damage to the pottery. In some spots, the white enamel for the "lily pads" has come off, though some others appear to have always been gold only. The problem does little to diminish the vase and could be retouched fairly easily if a person took the notion. Of course, all our sales are fully guaranteed. Price is $85 plus $7.95 Priority Mail and insurance within the U.S. International shipping quotes on request. |
